OUR BACKGROUND
After a dual business and technical experience in IT and telecoms, Patrick Bousso created Colibrix to digitalize core business processes in the services sector in an innovative way.
Mistral AI, BNP Paribas, Schlumberger, Orange, the Fédération des Télécoms, the City of Paris and several startups are among our clients.
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
- For Mistral AI, executive committee support mission (mission details withheld due to confidentiality constraints)
- For BNP Paribas, and IT Group Production (12 000+ people), AI for Ops use cases brainstorming and prioritization with CTOs. Establishing a collaboration framework between AIOps teams and business teams
- For the French Telecom industry, leading working groups in charge of scoping the STIR/SHAKEN industry effort in France to authenticate calls & texts to comply with Naegelen law. The designed MAN Program has been validated by French operators and NRA. Centralized platform is live. Industry investments represent several tens of millions of euros. Leading working groups in charge of scoping complementary initiatives
- For Axione and Axione UK a pioneering telecom operator in the deployment of fiber, modernization of the information system in order to better align it with business challenges: business mapping, overhaul of digital customer journeys and design of business repositories
- For Kosc, "digital native" telecom operator in the "business" market, setting up the platform digitalizing core business processes: seamless and fluid customer journey via an Angular Extranet or REST APIs. Kosc platform has been welcomed by the market. Kosc has been acquired by Altitude for 14 M€
- For Telecommunications Federation, launch and coordination of a "Interop'Fibre" working group with the ten main French operators and ARCEP to extend the exchange platforms between operators to the fiber offers on the business market
- For Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecom, Free, and dozens of other French telephone operators, a successful program for securing the portability of fixed numbers (customer journey, processes and protocols)
- For Paris&Co, Paris innovation agency, recommendations on digital communication and establishment of a digital platform to promote and animate the innovation ecosystem in Paris
- For Schlumberger, successful establishment of a software development service center for international customers of one of Schlumberger's global R&D centers, including the selection of a service provider and contracting with it
- For Sipperec, audit of the telecoms purchasing group of 200 local authorities in the Paris region, the largest telecom market in France
- For the Telecommunications Federation, technical, financial, legal and governance work leading to the creation of an association bringing together nearly 250 telecom operators around digital platforms
